- Returns: We do not offer returns on any products. However, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. The exchanged product must be in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.
- Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a broken or damaged product, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it to us within 2 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement for the damaged item.
- Pre-order Items: Pre-order items will typically be shipped within 4-5 weeks. Customers will receive an email notification once the pre-order product is ready to be shipped.
- In-stock Items: Products that are currently in stock will be shipped within 7 business days of placing the order.
- Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
