Thank you for considering our interior design services. Kindly review the following policies before proceeding:

- All services provided by our firm are non-refundable. We ask that you commit fully to our services before engaging with us.
- Upon payment of the consultation fee, you are granted one opportunity to reschedule the initial consultation. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
- For all services offered, a comprehensive contract will be provided detailing the scope of work, payment breakdown, and terms. This contract must be reviewed, signed, and returned before any design work can commence.
- A 50% deposit of the total fee is required to initiate any design work. This deposit is non-refundable.

For residential and commercial design projects (excluding e-design and custom desk designs), the consultation fee will be deducted from the overall design fee upon payment.
